Becoming Healthy

We are on a journey to becoming healthier through eating and being active through various activities.  This was more because Mrs O got a scare a few weeks ago (August 2012) that her insulin was 40 some points higher than it should be.  So one this is because she wants to fight PCOS and get her health back, but it will also in the long run help with their TTC journey as well.

We will be sharing our workouts and result updates as we go along.  Starting September 2012.
